How we write and check the claims on this site

Last updated:

Short answer

Every number and capability on attorly.ai has to come from the product’s code, configuration or published terms, or from a cited public source. AI helps draft and translate pages; a person checks every claim against the source before it ships, and pages that cannot be backed are not published.

Rules for every page

  • Facts come from the code and configuration: plan limits, prices, the 10 MB upload cap, the 13 jurisdictions, the connector list and the supported file types.
  • No named customers, logos, testimonials, ratings or review counts until they exist and we have permission to show them.
  • No certifications we do not hold. Attorly is not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, and every page that mentions security says so.
  • Benchmarks publish their method, sample size and confidence intervals.
  • Comparisons with competitors are dated, link to the competitor’s own site, and say when the competitor is the better choice.
  • Each page shows when it was last updated.

How AI is used

We use AI to draft, edit and translate. It is never the source of a fact. Legal content on use-case and glossary pages is jurisdiction-neutral unless a jurisdiction-specific version has been reviewed, and statute citations are checked against the official text.

Help articles, tutorials and switching guides are published only in the languages we have reviewed. Other languages link to the English version instead of showing an unchecked translation.

Corrections

If you find a claim that is wrong or out of date, email hello@attorly.ai. We correct the page and every other page that repeats the claim.

Frequently asked questions

Are your comparison pages neutral?
They are written by Attorly, so read them as a vendor’s view. They state their date, link to the competitor and name the cases where the competitor fits better.
Is the content on this site legal advice?
No. It is general legal information.
