Short answer
Each uploaded file can be up to 10 MB. Plans differ in documents per month, storage, team size, AI tokens and research queries; the numbers below are the ones on the pricing page. The free Contract Check allows three checks per day without an account.
Files
- Maximum file size: 10 MB per file, on every plan and in every upload path (web, add-ins, Contract Check).
- Accepted types: PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, XLSX, XLS, PPTX, PPT, PNG, JPG, TIFF and BMP. Scanned documents and images go through OCR.
- Playbook Studio imports accept DOCX, DOC, PDF, XLSX, XLS and TXT.

When a month’s AI tokens run out, you can buy a one-time token pack on any paid plan. Purchased tokens never expire, and plan tokens are used first.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I upload a file larger than 10 MB?
- No. Split the file, or remove scanned exhibits that are not needed for the review.
- What happens when I reach the monthly document allowance?
- Upgrade to the next plan or wait for the next month. Token packs add AI tokens, not documents.
- Are there limits on Enterprise?
- Enterprise still has a monthly AI token budget. Storage beyond 500 GB, research quota and other limits are agreed in the contract.
