Add it to Outlook
Install Attorly AI Email Assistant using one of the options below. It is available when you read or write an email.

Open the add-in and sign in with your Attorly AI account.

Open an email to summarize or save it, or start a reply and let Attorly AI draft it for you to edit.

Deploy with the manifest
Microsoft 365 administrators can deploy the add-in to users or groups in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Settings → Integrated apps → Upload custom apps, using the manifest link below. If your organization allows it, you can also add it just for yourself in Outlook on the web: download the manifest, then go to Get Add-ins → My add-ins → Add a custom add-in → Add from file.

Security and privacy
Encrypted at rest and in transit. An email leaves Outlook only when you summarize it, draft a reply to it or save it. Summaries and drafts are not stored in your Attorly AI account, emails and attachments you save are stored encrypted, and nothing is used to train AI models.

Do I need an Attorly AI subscription?
Yes. The add-in is included in every plan (Standard, Pro and Enterprise), and you sign in with your Attorly AI account.
Which versions of Outlook are supported?
Outlook on the web, the new Outlook for Windows, and Outlook for Windows or Mac with Microsoft 365.
What happens to an email when I summarize it?
The email is sent over an encrypted connection to produce the summary and is not saved to your Attorly AI account. Only emails you choose to save are stored, encrypted at rest.
Where do saved emails and attachments go?
Into your Attorly AI document library: the email and each attachment you select become separate documents that you can review and search alongside the rest of your documents.
Can our IT department deploy it centrally?
Yes. Microsoft 365 administrators can deploy the add-in to users or groups from the Microsoft 365 admin center, under Integrated apps.
